Gabe Pyle: Author, Illustrator, Educator

Gabe Pyle

Gabe Pyle graduated in 2012 with a degree in industrial and innovative design through Cedarville University’s partnership with the International Center for Creativity (ICC) in Columbus, Ohio. Now he works for the ICC, guiding junior and senior students through their last two years of their four year degree. He specializes in foundational design skills like perspective drawing, design thinking, and human behavior, and serves as a capstone project advisor to senior students.

He aspires to help everyone become a little more creative, no matter what they do, and his background in music, theatre, and illustration has helped him to see creative potential in everything. Outside of work he loves digital illustration, spending time with family and friends, especially around a tabletop game, and is the author and illustrator of the children’s book 14 Animals (That are Definitely Not an Octopus) which has been featured on Netflix’s “Story Time Book: Read-Along.”
